First Elected MP of Sikkim was No More

Sikkim's first elected Lok Sabha MP, Pahalman Subba, passed away at the age of 90. Subba, who had been unwell for a few days, died this morning while receiving treatment at Manipal Hospital.

Chief Minister of Sikkim Mr. P S Tamang paid his tribute by attending physically at Hospital.
His mortal remains be transported to his ancestral home in Swilloreng Timburbung, West Sikkim, today. According to a family source, his cremation will take place tomorrow.
